Her personal philosophy is rooted in openness and empathy. “Whether someone wants to stay silent and decompress or talk through what’s on their mind, I’m here to support that,” she says. “Massage can be a release in more ways than one. I want to be someone people feel they can release with.”

“Deep tissue is great for targeting postural imbalances, shoulder tension, and lower back pain—all things we pick up from modern life, especially desk jobs,” she explains. “And the thermal treatment helps prep the muscles with heat beforehand, so we can get even more relief during the massage itself.”
Many clients come in not even realizing how much tension they’ve been carrying. “I’ll work on an area and they’ll say, ‘Oh my gosh, I didn’t even know that was sore.’ That happens a lot. It’s a reminder of how out of touch we can get with our own bodies.”
